Reporting a Damaged Product:

Please provide your order number along with a video clearly showing the damaged product in its original packaging. This video will serve as proof for initiating the return process.
Replacement or Refund:
Once we receive your complaint and verify the proof provided, we will promptly offer you a replacement or a full refund based on your preference:
– Replacement: We’ll dispatch a new item at the earliest.
– Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
Important: Returns or refunds will only be processed after you submit a video showing the damage, so please make sure to capture it properly.
